So what is it that holds people back from taking the action they ‘know’ they need to take in order to grow? A lack of confidence or self-belief is one of the biggest reasons why people don’t grow. We all know the stylist who has the ability to be a top stylist but can’t build a column because they don’t have the confidence to sell themselves. But confidence isn’t something you’re born with – it’s a skill! Likewise, nobody is born – not confident – we actually learn fear, lack of confidence, and self-belief – let’s unlearn it!
