ALFAPARF Milano Ireland TechnicianWith two decades of hairdressing experience, Aisling Nolan completed her hairdressing apprenticeship in Blake’s Hair Salon in Carlow and she was awarded her Senior Trade exams from Crumlin College. Aisling then attended the Wella Academy for numerous courses over the years where she also completed her Colour Masters. With a passion for continuously upskilling, Aisling continued to educate herself in the ALFAPARF Milano Academy and completed another masters in colour there!
With many years’ experience in the industry, Aisling specialises in all areas of hairdressing. Early on in her career, Aisling completed cutting courses with Toni & Guy and also with SACO in London. Having completed two Master Colour Degrees, Aislings real passion lies in all aspects of colour. Her reputation for colour correction and prescriptive colour is second to none!
Aisling’s style of teaching has always been one of simplicity. It is so important that her students fully understand how to implement what they have been taught . After spending many years on the salon floor her approach to teaching is very practical. Once she has delivered the education, she loves to see the students confidence and artistic flair develop in turn creating the best version of themselves .
Aisling is inspired by Sarah Lyons and Denise Walsh. Both of these woman are amazing hardworking & inspirational advocates for this industry. She also has great admiration for Jack Howard for his technical approach to colour and Sean Dawson for is wisdom and artistic flair .
